We worked with Valeriia on the assessment project. The task was to evaluate the soft skills of young leaders (400 participants) in the metallurgic company MetInvest B.V. (Ukraine). Valeriia was a project manager and an assessor. As a Team lead - she set reasonable goals and deadlines and increased engagement and productivity. As a colleague, Valeriia is a strong asset to the team. She is dedicated and a hard worker. Valeriia is open to hearing her colleagues' thoughts and is ready to give a helping hand if needed. She provides in-time feedback. As a result, we delivered all the conclusions in time to the client. I highly recommend Valeriia as a Team lead, Project manager, and teammate. Her leadership style is of friendly format: - When I didn't understand the material, she would always set aside time to call (even at the cost of her personal time) and give me a mini training on the subject; - In order for me to learn how to write comments on candidates, she would review my interviews and give feedback, she would also make edits to my comments with explanations; - Valeria taught me how to conduct "Competency Based Interviews" and afterwards to fill in assessment forms and write feedback on them; - She taught me how to conduct meetings with clients and how to be a project manager for recruitment projects.
