Stormy demonstrates incredible initiative and resourcefulness. I have seen her in action within AAUW San Diego developing innovative public policy projects for women and girls and watched her almost single-handedly create a volunteer Rebuild Alabama fundraiser after her alma mater community was hit by tornadoes.
