For 2,5 years in Mindvalley, I have seen Dusan transform and grow incredibly. Not only when it comes to Marketing, but also in his leadership skills. At a rate that was above anyone's expectations, as a new joiner he picked up everything with such a fast pace, even without a background in several of the skills or projects that were thrown at him. And that kind of learning speed, go-get attitude, love for numbers and data, goal-orientation and being able to solve any challenge is what characterizes him for me. He is not afraid to back down from a challenge and starting things from scratch in a very structured and data-driven way. And not only that. He is also able to manage a group of people and also external stakeholders of different levels in the organization without fear, and takes them along with clear overview in his projects and he has great presentation and facilitation skills. Dusan has contributed a lot to the growth of Mindvalley and our Marketing business units, and I know he can add value anywhere to anything he sets his mind to. And lastly and most importantly: he is also an amazing social team oriented fun contribution to any team.
