The art of keeping someone interested, engaged, and motivated is often hard to find. However, I was fortunate enough to work for Steve who embodied those characteristics and more. From being generous with his time to his ability to manage others he brought his team together every day. The next group he works with will be truly spoiled in that they'll wonder why wasn't he in their sphere earlier. Steve has great insight into the design world and it showed through his time at NAIT. Any organization would benefit from the experience and humanity that Steve brings.

I highly recommend Steve as a team manager. He has a respectful and encouraging, enthusiastic way with people. Steve has made it fun to come to work. He's a great team builder and excels at being inclusive and open with his team. It's been my privilege to be a part of his team for 2.5 years. If you have the privilege of being on a team with Steve you will appreciate his talent, character and personality.
