We built up the system and to be able to set the standards for cleaning and maintenance we used risk assessment in all processes to identify and point out focus areas. Health and Safety (HS): Build up an active organization for health and safety. I was an adviser for both management and employees. The plant vas not trimmed and technologies were new, where health and safety risks were a high priority. To secure the workers’ health and safety we used Root Couse Analyses to find the exact correktive and preventive actions. The plant had a shutdown twice a year. In this period there were a lot of external workers at the plant. I prepared the statutory plan for health and safety, held meetings with the suppliers’ management, daily board meetings following up the status of project plan and safety, and was used as an adviser in health and safety issues in general. To secure the employees competencies I planned and held courses for the employees. Environmental (E): Report environmental data to authorities, prepare a ”green account”, dialogue with authorities etc.
