Josh is a highly technical and self-driven engineering leader with persistent interest in making systems run as efficiently as possible. As soon as Josh joined my team he was extremely helpful and prescriptive about pointing out areas of improvement in our backend web services development in very specific and relevant ways. With little direction he was able to coordinate with the rest of the team and come up with realistic plans to level-up our legacy systems and workflows, push them forward through implementation, and architect new backend solutions based on the latest backend technology in the industry. Josh is highly capable of leading the development of new backend systems and has a very measured process of analyzing/optimizing existing systems as well.

I have worked with Josh for many years. He is a pleasure to work with. He has many strengths and is an excellent programmer. He is very smart, caring and compassionate. He has been my go to for multiple complex projects. He is the strong silent type who put his head down to get the job done. He is an asset to any organization. There are times when my questions were crazy and off the wall. He was patient and helped me understand why or why not my ideas would or would not work.
