Stino wrote the book on customer success - or at least he should have. From day one he's owned his role in customer success and we felt the impact almost instantaneously. Not only is he streaks ahead in his ability to connect with clients but as a team player and colleague, he is tops. 🔝 I'd like to say something somewhat cheesy like he'd be a great asset on anyone's team except that we'll never let him go so you can't have him. 🥰
