  The objective of this internship is to aid the city of Accra setting up a research proposal plan to become climate adaptive. Firstly, the relevant climate hazards in the prioritised administrative areas to conduct climate adaptive measures on are inventoried. This will be used as input to implement an climate adaptive assessment guide based upon a analysis of two existing documents: the 'Global Centre on Adaptation intervention logic' and the 'Cities 40 rapid climate risk assessment'. Accra will be a case study to test this new climate adaptive assessment guide. If succesful, this will be the assessment guide to aid the C40 cities in their goals to become climate adaptive worldwide. Show less
