Stijn and I worked together on structuring the terms around a joint venture record label between Spinnin' Records and A2LiVE, called STORM Records. This was tricky as it was a first-time model of this sort for his company, but he problem-solved and we creatively reached equitable terms to move forward and go to market. We eventually had the chance to celebrate the closure of the deal over a nice dinner in Bali. He's a hard worker, has strong attention to detail, and is a prudent and fair businessman.
