Kyle Maschmeyer
I met Stewart when he was head of IT for FertiNitro. I was VP of Operations for a small Canadian company when we sold a couple of software packages to FertiNitro which required several months of detailed design and configuration. I had the opportunity to work with Stewart on a technical level over several months, including when he attended design sessions in Calgary. Stewart was competent, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Our business with him was conducted in English and it was nice to be able to work naturally and easily in that language with him. He understood our meter reconciliation and warehouse inventory software and made valuable contributions to their design and rollout. He made sure his department provided us with the information and access that we needed to connect the software with a data feed from his plant's realtime historian, with due consideration for data privacy. He was instrumental in facilitating our interface with management and the commercial side of his company. Over the weeks and months I also got a chance to see Stewart interfacing with other IT and IT training vendors and I was left with a very favourable impression of his capabilities.

I worked with Stewart for about 10 years in FertiNitro C.E.C in Venezuela. At that time, he was the head of the Information Technology department, where he played a critical role in the planning, implementation and support of the company’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring its solid performance supporting the company operations. During my time in the company, I had the pleasure to work closely with Stewart and witnessed his exemplary commitments and work ethics. His excellent organizational and people management skills resulted in a highly motivated and effective team around him, always achieving outstanding results. Moreover, Stewart strong contributions were not only limited to the implementation and support of IT technologies, but he earned the respect of his colleagues, managers and subordinates, as a result he often provided advices to juniors, executives and senior managers in the company. I enthusiastically recommend Stewart and I would be glad to address any particular projects or details of our working relationship.
