Project Manager working on the new Glenrothes £21m Institute for Sport project leading a site management team of 3,Site engineer,Site Manager,Assistant site Manager .Coordinating the design development of the project from the outset to the various commissoning stages,Close liasion with the client and all memebers of the design team.Responsible for Safety,Quality,Programme and prelims/budget restraints.This was full managed with labour only contractors apart from the steel frame package,The site team coordinated all aspects and arranged for all materials,plant and equipment to be available when required.This was an extremely complex project with numerous materials and interfaces.It comprised of Paroc wall cladding,Trespa external and internal wall cladding,Rodecca cladding and all the internal high standard of finishes expected with a national standard leisure complex with 3 pools,squash courts,soft play,cafeteria and large sports halls,Externals also comprised of running track national standard.2 Hockey national standard and 3 5 aside and 2 7a side football piches to Fifa 1 standard.Demolition of the existing centre and all associated parking and link bridge.The concrete works were substantial with over 264 seperate concrete pours, major rebar and shuttering or the pools and under crofts.
