We were impressed with the support we received from Don’t Walk when we were producing our 2017/18 Annual Report for members. Stewart and Mark’s expert guidance and creative flair helped turn our ideas into reality. They were patient, efficient and approachable throughout the design and feedback process - and the end result is an attractive document that works well for our target audience.

Stewart was my mentor while I was at EQ Design - and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was fantastic to work with, and always had time for me even as his deadlines approached. From seeing the potential in my ideas, to helping me fully realise them, Stewart was able to assist me every step of the way. On top of his skills as a designer Stewart has a naturally easy way with people, and he helped me realise that making connections within the industry wasn't as intimidating nor as difficult as I had previously imagined. Even to this day Stewart continues to be someone I can turn to for advice that I can trust, and has been a massive help in furthering my professional career.

Stewart always brought a tonne of enthusiasm and creativity to his water sports sessions. Our working relationship was built on a passion for shenanigans which amused our guests. This is where Stewart excelled. He always built upon, rather than distracted from, the lesson in hand.—and what better way to learn than through play? I have been in the watersports industry for many years since and have yet to meet anyone who can engage a group of people as well as he can. His passion for whatever he endeavours to achieve, gives him drive and forces others to push themselves to be the best they can. I would recommend Stewart to any future employer as he is hard working, fun to be around, very knowledgeable and would an asset to any company. Sami Poole

Don't Walk is a creative partnership—specialising in design. We are designers, developers and strategists but mostly, we're people just like you. We don't have an office, a ping pong table or a tour bus*. We do have some pretty amazing clients and we think the work we create for them is pretty amazing too. We build brand identities (including logos), websites, print materials and campaigns that pay. *we're working on the tour bus. Don't Walk is a creative partnership—specialising in design. Progressed to senior designer at an independent brand, design and digital agency based in Aberdeen, UK. Working for Mark Kemp was an incredible experience and (if he wasn't a competitor) I'd highly recommend checking out his 'new' business, Forty Two Studio. Delivered RYA (Royal Yachting Association) syllabus classes to High School and College groups. As an instructor I lead sessions and supported colleagues in leading their own. Additional activities on the beach included beach 'manager' shifts, supporting roles in watersports classes (outside of my immediate expertise) and basic inspection, maintenance and repair of sporting equipment. During my time at PGL (Peter Gordon Lawrence) I was made team leader of a small group of staff formed from various disciplines. In this position I co-ordinated the team throughout guest welcome, site orientation and guest entertainment.
