  As Assignment Commissioner it is my job to keep the docket. This includes setting dates with attorneys, Judge and Magistrate, as well as other parties. It is my job to make sure that cases are scheduled within a timely manner. I also am in charge of notifying the proper parties of upcoming court dates. I schedule appointments with the Judge as well as marriages. I am in charge of completing the monthly Supreme Court report. I work with the Henschen's Court Network as well as Microsoft Word and Excel. I also help in other capabilities such as Bailiff when the need arises. I assist the Probation Department when needed.   Duties included sending out letters for delinquent costs in cases, assisting the Bailiffs and Assignment Commissioner when work load volumes were exceedingly heavy. Assisted with several responsibilities of the probation department. Key areas learned were conducting intake for new cases, administered urine drug testing, set up home incarcerations, probation violations, detainers, and doing research on probationers.
