Our proprietary underwriting tools allow for quick and thorough vetting of potential residents which expands a landlord’s pool of qualified tenants and eliminates default risk. There is no cost to the landlord as the one-time fee is paid by the renter and insures the entire term of the lease. Further, Leap accepts applications from tenants before they begin their search, pre-approving them for a rental budget. We then deliver these qualified residents directly to our partnered landlords and their agents. Our goal is to improve the financial performance of landlords while helping renters qualify for better apartments.
