Steve is a leader in the Brownfield and Environmental Services Field. I always find Steve to be incredibly responsive and detail oriented when it comes to handling projects. Several times I've found a project to be in a pickle where Steve has finessed a deal together by getting creative and working through multiple problems with a "best fit" solution. I highly recommend Mr. Willobee and will happily refer his services on to colleagues.

Steve always gave 110%. While a team player when he felt that a decisions was not in the best interest of the people of the sate he would challenge the decision. On numerous occasions his arguments won the day. When he did not he implemented the decision to the best of his ability.I found Steve committed to making the state of Michigan a great place to live. To top it off he is extremely knowledgeable of all state development programs.
