After recovering from a very long & challenging illness in 2010 that had left me completely bedridden for 5 years - I decided I wanted to teach people the skills and share the tools/wisdom/lessons that made a huge difference to my own journey back to health, healing & life.Meditation & Art saved my life.14 years after starting a dedicated routine meditation continues to support, replenish, balance and heal to this very day and was such a huge help throughout my ordeal/journey especially back in the early days. It was my only escape from my dark and very debilitating reality and the techniques quickly became my best friend and only tool/remedy to help me get better. The intense situation combined with daily meditation practices seemed to awaken my suppressed inner artist - I started to create projects in my head and an imaginary studio space where I would go to make things - some of the objects on my website came from that challenging time - once able enough I started making paper models & prototypes.Once back on my feet I started teaching various meditation techniques in Sheffield (2012) guiding hundreds of people, delivering countless classes in the Yorkshire area - I've since worked with many private clients but also large organisations to transform/help/support their staff or clients inc. 2 years working with the University of Sheffield to help their students transform their study-stress into blissful awareness.In 2016 I decided I wanted to take my teaching to the next level so became a certified teacher after completed my 16 weeks ‘Masters of Wisdom & Meditation’ training programme, studying under/alongside the esteemed teacher DavidJi.com in California.See my profile on David's teacher page here: https://davidji.com/england/ Show less
