Steve took a chance and hired me in September of 2015 at Wolters Kluwer-Effacts. Effacts was a start-up SaaS solution to the corporate legal space. Within a year, and under his guidance, I became out top sales executive on the team. Steve understands the relationship between culture and success. He leads with integrity with the aim of getting the best out of everyone. Steve is quick with recognition and fair in critical coaching situations. When he needs to provide guidance or criticism, it is always with a goal of improvement and growth. It is never personal. I can speak directly to this as there have been a few times where I needed to improve certain aspects of my interactions.
