When I joined Bee Broadcasting as a Radio Advertisement Sales Representative, there was room for growth within our client base. I was tasked with expanding into the Ronan and Polson markets while improving the existing accounts. My approach was simple: Tap into my genuine concern for delivering results to my customers. I measure my own success by the success of my customers. This internal drive allowed me to transition from a sales guy to a trusted advisor and important contributor to their business.
