  The Digital Competence Center of Corelio was responsible for three main pillars: Traffic center (inbound, outbound, cross promotion, and conversion)  Innovation and Incubation (responsible for apps, mobile, and new revenue models)  Digital Development (website, live coverages etc.) Awareness needed to be created based on the digital reading evolution. Corelio Business Stakeholders were interviewed. Via elicitation the business requirements were gathered and prepared for the project mandate. The business roadmap was presented, which shed light on the solution towards the upcoming needs. A lead generation model with a view on customer data integration was part of the solution. Parallel a technical roadmap was embraced to successfully complete this quest, which should cover the business needs. Should because the budget was frozen, before the “call for action” was initiated. On a separate track my role as Domain Architect was changed to project management and business spokesman. Show less
