Steve Rothman gave me my opportunity to enter and grow in the industry. Steve had the vision and leadership to start MTM and make it grow to a publicly traded company. Not only was Steve a great mentor to me but he taught me attributes which carry through to who I am as a business professional today. I would describe Steve as leader/motivator who is very clear in his expectations and knows what it takes to succeed for not only his business but those whom report to him both professionally and personally. It was an honor to work for Steve and be part of the milestones as the company grew. I highly recommend Steve and would consider it an honor to stand alongside him again. As the company grew through acquisitions Steve's original management staff also grew and took on larger roles within the organization. However there was always one common thread that could be found amongst us...we were always the first ones in the office each day, would be recognized for responsiveness and always making themselves available regardless of time of day or where we were. A coincidence? Absolutely not.
