STEVEN PETERSON Steven Peterson joined our Horton quality team in March 2014, where he immediately proved to be a valuable and welcome addition to our organization. His extensive quality background and well-rounded skill set allowed him to hit the ground running in our fast-paced manufacturing environment while quickly becoming acquainted with our many product lines as well as our TS 16949 quality system. Steven was instrumental in working closely with our IT department throughout the development and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which included our entire corrective action system. He also headed up departmental efforts in the creation of a formal supplier quality audit form, which was a very useful and effective assessment tool that we used while conducting supplier quality audits. Steven’s friendly, pleasant personality and helpful nature served him well in developing and maintaining solid working relationships with coworkers and suppliers alike. I also found him to very thorough and concise in his work habits, and he could always be counted on at critical times to contribute as needed. I and many others at Horton very much appreciate Steven Peterson’s unselfish contributions and positive influence during his tenure with Horton, and I highly recommend him for any organization’s quality team.
