Steve Perce's work as an architect and principal at bldg.collective is simply outstanding! I am infinitely impressed with his design skills, his attention to detail, and his overall ability to create beautiful spaces. The work that he and his partner, Chris Gray, did at the recent Pratt Residence project was nothing short of spectacular. I had the privilege of touring the home during construction and learning about how the space was designed not only to the homeowners' specifications, but to bring in as much flow, light and presence from the surrounding environment as well. I instantly wanted to live there! We will hire Steve and Chris to design our historic home remodel for sure. And I highly, highly recommend bldg.collective for any of your residential or commercial architecture needs!

I've known Steve for a number of years, having met and worked directly with him on numerous projects at CU Denver. While in grad school I felt like I could count those among our program who had the mettle to be an architect in the truest sense on one hand. Steve is one of those guys. He's a creative powerhouse, discipled, with a sense of humor, a healthy disregard for convention and the pit-bull tenacity to see a project through to the bitter end.
