I have worked with Steve for 6 years in multiple capacities. When he first joined RSMR, I managed him on my team. Not only was he a successful recruiter, but he was extremely motivated to move up in the organization. His tenacity, passion and success was regonized by all and he was quickly promoted to lead his own team. He communicates effectively with clients, manages searches well and is one of the most understanding managers I know. Now a shareholder in the firm, he has helped reform our internal processes. He always volunteers to take on more responsibility and is motivated by challenge. Outside of the professional world, Steve works hard in the community; volunteering often and leading a foundation.
