Steven joined Niteo to facilitate the carve out of a business unit from a Fortune 500 company. As the business unit, had no HR capabilities, Steven led the establishment of all HR functions (e.g. HRM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, etc) as well as "hiring" well over 100 employees into the new company. He was self-driven and just made it happen.
