I had the opportunity to work for Steve Kousen at Unisys on several large Federal programs and procurements. Steve is a true professional and combines a unique balance of deep technology insight, along with an excellent understanding of the business side to achieve results. He has always been a open-minded person with a very dynamic and proactive approach to new ideas, challenges and issues. In addition to that, he has unique capabilities to deal with large, complex programs and business transformations. Steve has excellent leadership skills that allows him to lead, manage and coach multiple teams through challenging program and project phases. It has been a pleasure working for Steve at Unisys.
