I worked with Steve during my time as the MGV System Safety Manager for TACOM as well as a coworker when I was the Product Safety Lead in Troy MI. Steve was always the one the team could go to for mentorship in executing various hazard analysis techniques. He is an expert in software safety and a tremendous safety engineer. Steve was a client for several years. I supported his efforts at providing system safety engineering support for a defense project. I found Steve to be a dedicated and knowledgeble safety engineer. He had an in-depth knowledge of the system and how to implement the safety program. He had developed the prototype Hazard Tracking System that we used on the program, and assisted his manager in many other ways.
