We would without hesitation wholeheartedly recommend Steve Held for any real estate transaction you would like handled professionally, efficiently and successfully in a totally personalized manner. We were looking to buy a house in Sun City, AZ, and being out of state creates its own set of challenges. We had limited time and opportunity to look for a home that had the unique aspects we wanted, and Steve was relentless in affording us both his time, and the good advice we needed as we were unfamiliar with not only Sun City's rules and regulations, but some unique laws of Arizona as well. Steve and the team of professionals he put together were just that - all extremely professional, competent, no nonsense individuals who all performed their various functions extremely well under difficult circumstances with complicated long distance issues involved. Steve was excellent in coordinating the various moving parts required in a purchase of this type. He was at all times responsive to all of our questions and concerns, warned us of various pitfalls we were unaware of which could have been very costly to us, and was unwavering in his willingness to help find us our home, as opposed to just selling us any home. Steve never dodged a call or email, got back to us quickly, and was a pleasure to deal with. Steve, in every sense of the phrase, went above and beyond the call of a broker's duty.
