Steve is an amazing lead animator. He can adapt his managing skills to work with any kind of animator and also has patience. He's diligent, innovative and has got a good keen eye for detail. He also has quality skills in directing mocap and camera shot sequences. Steve is a very dedicated animator and will contribute to his team anyway he can. He's a good lead and I am lucky to work with him.

I have had the great privilege of working with Steven on the F1 series created by Codemasters. I've been working as a motion capture actor for twelve years and I can comfortably say that no one is more prepared than Steven. On every single shoot I've worked on, Steven has everything from timings, set mark ups, detailed diagrams, and all the reference material I could ask for. As an actor working in video games it's a rare treat to be given so much to work with. Pleasant, encouraging and a thoroughly nice guy, I highly recommend Steven.
