Currently I'm an employee at Nations Financial Services as Marketing Manager and Property Preservation Specialist. On the property preservation side I find vendors and manage them to preserve properties in completing tasks to make sure they are safe, sound, secure, and sanitary. Making sure all the needs of the home are met in a timely fashion to avoid State fines and potential catastrophe within the home. On the marketing side I am creating marketing campaigns designed to target property preservation vendors across the country through Email marketing, Direct Marketing, and Google Ad placements. Also, portfolio asset management for FHA and Non FHA properties. For these properties we preserve the homes as well as quality control any work that has been completed we have ordered. In addition, the process of developing a marketing team for my company from the ground up. In addition to this in my spare time running ad placements and marketing strategies for small business owners. Create ambitious marketing campaigns for our company website as well as email marketing strategies to attract vendors. Portfolio Asset Management for major clients such as M&T Bank and Flagstar. Also, vendor management as well as property preservation to maintain residents throughout the year.
