      Even though it is a smaller operation than most golf courses, Roseville Cedarholm Golf Course demands the use of more skills during a regular work day. I have introduced and developed a more formal and friendly environment in our clubhouse. Most golfers that walk through our doors receive a friendly welcome by name. I currently Manage over 750 weekly league members. I manage their schedules, scores, handicaps events and contests from week to week. You can even find me behind the counter greeting league members on most mornings. Due to our small operation, we train most of our employees to also work on the grounds. You can find me outside working hard a couple days a week whether it be planting flowers or operating heavy machinery such as green and tee mowers, zero turn mowers and fairway tractors. The golf course industry is an ever changing industry that has my attention. I often analyze current golfing trends, weekly and monthly patron numbers and implement different strategies to attract new golfers to our facility.
