Steven hit the ground running at XPT/NIO as an invaluable second-in-command for our business and led our strategy and business plan formation. In a mere couple of months, he gathered industry data, analyzed trends, developed hypotheses, and structured a mid to long term strategy and executed on building our product road map with clear investment and acquisition opportunities. Three years later, much of what we planned for NIO has been replicated in the industry. Steven is analytical, curious, diligent and focused on building sustainable businesses. In addition, Steven has to be the most ethical person I know, a trait which unfortunately is getting scarcer. Steven has worked across the enterprise software and mobility industries, and is a frequently sought-after speaker on both circuits. A die-hard supporter of sustainability, his knowledge of, and experience in, future mobility models makes him an asset to the industry. He’s been a valued friend and colleague for almost two decades.

Steven is a person of integrity, able to jump in to fix things and get shit done. He is able to recruit quality team members and can think both strategically and tactically. He can raise capital and execute the hell out of a mission.
