• Principal advisor to XVIII Airborne Corps Commanding General on the operational and tactical employment and sourcing of Army rotary wing and fixed wing aircraft assigned to four Combat Aviation Brigades: 476 Aircraft, $232M budget and 83,227 flying hour program. Supervised the maintenance, resourcing, and manning of seven Army Airfields across four states on the eastern seaboard. • Ensured that America's strategic rapid deployment Corps was capable of functioning as an Army Corps Headquarters or Multinational Corps Joint Task Force. Created strategic global response forces capable of deploying on short-notice anywhere in the world by land, air, or sea to conduct full-spectrum operations as an Army, Joint, or Combined headquarters. • Facilitated continued training and development of the Corps' Joint Forcible Entry (JFE) capabilities through the joint exercise program with priority efforts on anti-access/area denial regions (A2AD). • Synchronized the XVIII Airborne Corps staff on all aviation planning efforts in order to provide a common operational picture for the staff and command group. Aviation Tactical Operations, Safety and Standardizations Officer

Chaired the Aviation Safety and Standardizations Council for all civil, military and host nation aviation organizations during quarterly meetings reporting to the ISAF Commanding General. • Conceived, planned, and executed the drawdown of 318 coalition and US aircraft at over 23 locations within Afghanistan while maintaining functional security, medical evacuation and combat capabilities. • Provided technical expertise on Personnel Recovery (PR) to the Combined Personnel Recovery Coordination Center – Afghanistan during the drawdown and transfer of responsibility for Theater Search and Rescue. Published, updated and administered the USF-I Aviation Procedures Guide and maintained the USF-I Aviation Web Portal. • Liaison to the US Department of State Airwing and the Iraqi Ministry of Transportation during the transfer of authority of all aspects of Iraqi National Airspace and flight regulations. • Coordinated with US Central Command (CENTCOM) for the operational withdraw of over 200 US aircraft through Kuwait and on to their home stations, while posturing for follow-on missions in Theater • Developed and implemented a comprehensive and efficient training plan to ensure sustained combat readiness and effective tactical employment in conjunction with US Army Central Command (ARCENT) for the safe operation of all aircraft in Kuwait to include Unmanned Aerial Systems in an increasingly dense population of aircraft within the Emirate.
