  1:Mainly responsible for the management of northern supplier factories, Controlling and auditing the suppliers, improving the quality system and processing audit and tracking the effect of correction improvement to form a closed loop.   1. Manage IQC,IPQC and FQC, lead and the coordinate of various procedures, inspect products according to technical standards and contract requirements, find problems and report in time 2. Inspection of incoming materials, including tensile property test and chemical composition analysis. Provide professional skills training for team members, conduct periodic quality meetings for workers, publicize quality awareness and urge improvement. 7 Proficient in using measuring tools, like vernier calipers, micrometer, hardness meter, coating thickness gauge, etc., according to orders, contracts, drawings and relevant technical requirements documents to carry out inspection, process inspection, performance form test, then record inspection report and archive, put forward unqualified report and track to the final state. 8.Accompony the third party inspector to make audit.Familiar with ISO9000 system, revise and improve the production process, and compile the optimized inspection specifications.
