Overseeing repair works to previously installed equipment, liaising with client to ensure compliance.Motorway gantries had been problematic since their install date. With heavy fines being levied on the client by the Australian Government the client was obviously keen that further breakdown incidents were minimised.I had been requested to oversee remedial repairs and ensure that works were undertaken to minimise immediate outages and then to look for longer term solutions carrying the project forward to acceptance by the client.
