Develops levers that adhere to established Supplying Principles and Practices and conducts reviews to provide quality assurance on the results of the work performed by others. 12. Establishes cross-functional and work team relationships; involves employees in decisions that affect them; and encourages decision making at the lowest possible level.13. Collaborates with management to foster a positive team environment and motivates employees to deliver quality internal purchasing guidance and support. Show less
