  I am responsible for the management of the Guard depots at Bristol Temple Meads, Westbury, Weymouth & Fratton, including line management of local managers. This covers over 250 front-line colleagues and 8 managers.In this position I have managed my depots through the introduction of 4 new tractions, new ticket machines, major infrastructure and physical works (i.e. accommodation upgrades and major possessions), huge recruitment drives and delivered huge improvements to local training practices in my role as an IQA. This work has been delivered alongside delivering daily KPI's such as good sick percentages through challenging periods, managing accidents and operational incidents as well as improving audit and staff survey scores.
