n my time working with Steven in Sales and Operations roles, he has successfully demonstrated his ability to learn and master new disciplines and skills. Not only did he exceed his Sales targets. He also streamlined the Operations discipline – which I tasked him with even though it was completely new to him - ; i.e. increasing commercial relevance while reducing costs and increasing agility & digitalization. As a result and after numerous warehouse and IT migrations, I’ve been very comfortable to have him successfully spearheading an ERP implementation on behalf of all North American disciplines. Steven is known for combining strong analytical skills with excellent people management skills. He will holistically simplify processes for own or other teams, evaluate long term profitability of scenarios, decide for the best for the business and then mobilize teams with various backgrounds towards success. Steven’s versatility, entrepreneurial drive and character will make him thrive in any business.

Steven significantly impacted our team, the organization, and our external partners. Always leading by example when it came to continuous improvement, Steven always looked to turn a challenge into an opportunity and got the team on board. His authentic style, passion for providing operational excellence, and genuine care for the people behind the processes helped him achieve significant success along the way. The relationship with our 3PL is still strong because of the fundamentals he initially established. I had the pleasure of working with Steven on many projects and always appreciated his way of preparing the groundwork and letting you run with it. Always available for support and brainstorming sessions, it was a joy to accomplish objectives and exceed expectations. Whatever we started, he ensured the loop was closed and the results communicated to internal or external partners. He left a strong Operations team because of him, and any company will be very fortunate to have him as a leader.
