Not very often I have had the opportunity to work with somebody as relentlessly productive and easy to work with as Steven. I managed Steven as his mentor in the Lambda fellowship program for a month. What seemed to separate Steven from other developers we have brought on in the past was his ability to not just put his head down and knockout tasks assigned to him, but take ownership over what he was assigned and complete them with what was best for the product in mind. On top of that, Steven's exceptional people skills are not very common with developers that have the technical ability that Steven has. Even though circumstances outside of our control did not allow us to bring Steven on full time, I highly recommend Steven to anybody looking to bring on a developer to their team.
