Chief advisor to the Registrar on the operational oversight of $71M agency and its 1,000 employees. • Accountable for the implementation of major technical projects, service delivery initiatives, quality assurance programs. Administered the Commonwealth’s largest source of personal data. • Lead the agency through successful strategic planning initiatives, operational and fiscal enhancement programs, organizational restructuring and numerous multi-agency ventures. • Acted as liaison for vendors to coordinate major procurements, enabling the agency to maximize its use of emerging technologies in creative initiatives. • Functioned as contact for law enforcement, AAMVA, IRP as well as federal, state and local agencies/authorities. • Began RMV career with acclaimed performance as contract officer, program manager and media spokesperson for the $215 million Massachusetts Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection Program, then the largest non-construction project in state’s history.
