Steve studied Digital Marketing at Monash University in 2020, while I was one of his teachers. Steve was very dedicated in the subject and has shown a lot of knowledge and skill development in the field of digital marketing. He delivered a very high standard of work in all the assessment tasks and managed time well in what is a demanding unit of study. He took a lot of initiative to promote a great learning community in the cohort by assisting others students with their requests. Steve showed excellent communication and professional skills throughout the semester and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any professional environment. I’m sure that he will make a great asset to any team.

We were very lucky to have Steve in our Digital Marketing (MKF3881) course at Monash Business School in semester 1 of 2020, when I was coordinator and lecturer for this subject. This subject requires participants to work hard and demonstrate a wide variety of skills every week. In addition, it was a particularly challenging and dynamic semester due to the COVID-19 outbreak, with changes being made throughout semester. Every single week, Steve demonstrated that he is a great professional and a true expert in the field of Digital Marketing. He consistently delivered exceptional quality every week and for every single assignment. In addition to proactively managing his own learning journey, he was also always helping other students via our online platforms. Often it felt like Steve was actually part of the teaching team, and I learned a lot from him. I am very confident to recommend Steve as an extremely dedicated, intelligent, and kind professional with great strategic as well as hands on digital (marketing) expertise!

      This role comprised the development, management and implementation of an international patient management system. This included completing the functional specifications in consultation with the Vice President. I also managed the project from its conception through to completion, which included requirements gathering and process mapping. Contracting and liaising with programmers, I was able to provide a solution using Microsoft .NET technology and an Open Source Content Management System providing a low cost and easily managed long-term solution. This project involved consultation with stakeholders (in Spanish) to help them engage with the benefits of transitioning to the new system. I trained staff across several countries in three languages. I also trained three key staff members to manage the SQL database across Europe. It is now one of the largest international patient management systems of its kind available in 10 languages. Since leaving the organisation I have been contracted to manage the next major upgrade to the system and provide the change management strategy. In addition to my Business Analyst role I managed the overall IT solutions at an international level. This included setting up a CMS for an international website with national websites available in local languages. I also managed the Microsoft licencing for the association. Show less
