Steven is a know-it-all – don't worry, I strictly mean in the literal sense of the word; on the rare occasion that he doesn't have an answer to your question, he takes great strides to fill that knowledge gap for everyone's benefit. You would think this would make Steven an intimidating supervisor, but he also turns out to be a very fun, laid-back, and well-rounded guy. What really stood out to me in the year I got to work alongside Steven, was his emotional intelligence and the way he genuinely cared, supported, and empowered the people around him. I hope to work alongside him again one day!
