It has been my pleasure to have worked with Steve over the past several years as part of the project team for the rehabilitation and reuse of a 1917 Green & Wicks-designed high-rise. Owing to the historic nature of the building, there were numerous challenges both at the onset and that arose over the course of the project. Steve's project management of this complicated undertaking, as well as his design skills and attention to detail, have been both invaluable and a crucial component of the project's success. He has been able to balance the demands of a National Park Service-certified rehabilitation program with the requirements of a modern, mixed-use build-out on a large scale, from the bigger picture down to the fine details, all while managing and providing expert leadership to the large team required to carry out such a project. Throughout, Steve has been incredibly personable, responsive, and pleasant to work with. He would make an excellent addition to any team.

I would highly recommend Steve as he would be an asset to any design team.
