During our ServeUp volunteer trip to Louisiana, Steve was a student in a work team that I led. He always brought a unique spark and hard-work ethic to the table every day. I was impressed by his ability to learn new technical skills quickly and easily connect with the other new students on the trip. Watching him grow as a person from that trip and throughout our time at InterVarsity has been inspiring. He has become a natural leader with a gift for connecting with people, and I know the future is bright for him!
