This role involves me training associates how to carry out specific processes to a set standard (which I need to be able to carry out also), train the sites staff in all aspects of health & safety requirements needed to work on site and for specific roles, substantial admin work such as: emails, maintaining the sites training records, retrieving data and putting it into a useful excel format, using web based tools and micromanaging all associates on site to ensure they only carrying out roles they are trained in. Also this role involves me interacting with all staff within the company ranging from warehouse associates to regional managers and general managers, so good communication is big part of this role.

Within this role I was responsible for organising the shifts workforce correctly in order to complete and ship customer orders on time and to keep a consistent flow of work available for all associates working on shift. Along with a few minor admin duties.
