I have the pleasure of working with Steve on two sides of the spectrum --- as part of the Williams Scotsman Supply Chain Team and Transportation Procurement Manager. I find Steve to be a consummate professional!! Steve asserts himself as a solid fixture with Ryder's Transportation Group with great leadership and people management. He exhibits tremendous business acumen in his functional areas. Steve has shown great leadership through Williams Scotsman's acquisition and growth transition and it is a pleasure working with him.

I have worked with several procurement managers in my career, but the level of strategic and analytical awareness Steve Pelczar brings to the table is rare. Steve and I have worked together for the better part of the past year. From the beginning, I have been impressed with Steve’s tremendous leadership skills and his drive to implement cost effective solutions for the entire Williams Scotsman fleet. His capacity to handle multiple projects effectively, is his most unique asset. His fleet management strategies have resulted in process improvements and numerous cost saving initiatives. His interaction with our team has contributed to very strong relationships. As a leader and his his ability to implement fleet management strategies, Steve has my highest recommendation.
