  - Responsible for planning and organizing all programming, activities and special events - Handles the filtration and chlorination system as well as other aquatic operating systems - Maintains proper pool chemical balance and troubleshoots any problems - Assists in hiring, training and scheduling qualified lifeguards, instructors and all other pool staff. - Assists the Recreation Director and Recreation Department with all recreation events - Conducts training of staff in water safety, first aid, and CPR; ensures that all certifications of staff is maintained.
