      My primary duties include managing the Cultural Resource protection and Archaeological programs for the Snoqualmie Tribe. This includes reviewing and commenting of approximately 100 projects a week that may affect culturally significant sites. I manage staff and coordinate to have Tribal archaeological monitors on site to assist with archaeological fieldwork. I work closely with other culturally relevant departments in the Tribe follow proper cultural and archaeological protocols. I coordinate meetings between the Snoqualmie Tribe and over 20 Federal agencies, 17 state agencies, other Native American Tribes and dozens of local jurisdictions regarding the protection of cultural resources. I manage and write policies for the Department. I am the primary Tribal contact for NAGPRA actions and maintain positive working relationships with curation facilities and museums across the state. Under my leadership, the Snoqualmie Tribe Department of Archaeology & Historic Preservation has taken the lead in inter-Tribal discussions about repatriations, sacred site protection, cultural resource protection, and many other issues. We have coordinated meetings with 12-15 Tribes in the Western Washington area to foster relationships without politics involved.       My duties include managing user accounts on Active Directory and MS Exchange. The I.T Department manages over 200 desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals across a LAN with multiple remote locations. I install, manage, troubleshoot, and repair computers and peripherals and provide support for over 120 cell phones and tablet devices. I assist other I.T. staff with server and database backups and data recovery, upgrades and installs and technical research. I communicate with vendors to troubleshoot outside services such as telephones and the internet. I assist in keeping the Tribal website up-to-date using Microsoft Expressions. I support multiple specialized software platforms for many departments (Finance, H.R., Tribal Enrollment, Environmental, as well as high-level government executives such as Tribal Council and the Tribal Administrator.) Non-technical duties include reviewing bills and invoices as well was as assisting users with procuring equipment.       Responsibilities include maintaining the connectivity of both the base secure and non-secure LAN’s.
