The pay is better than most other companies. And you are not a captive agent. And they are not just selling one brand name. You are numbered with all of the available insurance companies. So for example, if you are on a Medicare Supplement/Medicare Advantage, appointment , you have access to ALL of the other companies pricing information. Idk about you, but the only time I lost a med supp. sale was because of pricing. Now that's a non issue. And also if you keep in touch with your clients, it all but guarantees that they will not leave you. If you go in for an annual review, and they are healthy enough to shop you, then you can switch them to the company that has the better rate, thus making your renewal biz % astounding. It's very nice to know that when I sit down and talk to a person in regards any of the 4 areas surrounding the senior market. I got the best possible solution for their needs, and I got the best possible price for that solution. So no matter what company sees your client, you can offer that same deal, or most of the time a better deal because of the buying power we have, gives us discounted pricing. So if an agent for Mutual of Omaha goes into your clients home, most of the time, our MOO price will be better than the price from the actual MOO rep. How's that?
