During my time at ECS I worked closely with Account Executives and the Managing Director to deliver an exceptional service to clients. I was also responsible for marketing risks at renewal to obtain the most suitable terms for our clients and prepare the reports ready for my colleagues to deliver to clients. I dealt with all classes of insurance in sectors, manufacturing, construction, logistics, importing/ exporting, wholesale, technology and medical. ECS were new to the Acturis platform so I shared my personal knowledge of the system with the broking team to capture better quality of data, improve operation systems and more efficient production of market presentations and client reports.
