  During my time as a manager I was responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within various industries and of varying size and complexity. By working with the partners I oversaw the preparation and submission of the necessary filings UK companies are faced with including UK statutory audit, EU VAT regulations, R+D, taxation and payroll. I also helped develop other areas within the firm such as assisting in growing the Outsourcing function by developing the existing team and IT. I also provided training and coaching for junior members of the firm.
